Visit to Wales by the General Representative of Wallonia-Brussels

The general representative visited Wales to attend Wales Tech Week and host a series of meetings. During the visit the general representative met with the Cabinet Secretary for Housing and Local Government to discuss retrofitting housing.

Visit to Wales by the Ambassador of France to the UK

The Ambassador of France to the UK visited Wales to host a dinner for over 80 guests at Cardiff Castle. The Cabinet Secretary for Economy co-hosted and spoke at the event. The following day, the Ambassador accompanied the First Minister on a visit to Thales in Ebbw Vale, where they also held a bilateral meeting on a range of on domestic and international issues.

Minister for Culture visit to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

The Minister for Culture travelled to Switzerland to attend the Richard Burton Centenary event to commemorate Richard Burton's legacy, including the unveiling of a heritage plaque at his former home. The Minister then travelled on to Liechtenstein for the Wales world cup qualifier.

Deputy First Minister reception with the Diplomatic Corp

The Deputy First Minister held a reception for the Diplomatic Corps in London to promote Wales and the Investment Summit.
